个人基本情况:

葛远飞,男,博士,硕士生导师。2023毕业于中国科学技术大学,获博士学位。现为合肥大学生物食品与环境学院教师。

研究方向:

1. 功能营养物载体设计及应用

2. 功能食品开发和食品资源综合利用

讲授课程:

承担《食品化学》、《食品工厂设计》等专业课程讲授工作。
